Midthunder originates from the Fort Peck Assiniboine tribe. Her entire growing up within Santa Fe where her mother employed in a casting business and she attended an Academy for Technology and the Classics. Amber is Native American from her father's family tree, is part of the Fort Peck Sioux Tribe. Amber's mother has been taken in by her mother. Amber has unknown her mixed family ethnic heritage. Prey stars a majority of Native American actors, such as Dakota Beavers (who is Blackfeet as well as Comanche) and Jhane Meiers who has been helping the show since the beginning of time. Coco as the animal actor that portrays Sarii in the film, was chosen for her unique breed of dog: that of the American Dingo. This breed, which is also known as a Carolina Dog, is one of the oldest breeds in existence.
There's a deeper message to all this; throughout the film TJ recounts the love he has for Amanda and how she's the most important thing to him (although certain of the narration is likely to be about the daughter, if we look at it more). He confided in Amanda about his feelings but Amanda refused because she was already dating Daniel. Jack later got married Amanda. Emily then revealed the identity of Emily following Amanda's death. The two have been close for years. The show ends with their marriage. Amanda gets married to Wilf in the final moments. The entire pot of prize cash is won by one person
